Austin converted an existing cacao roasting facility into a liquor melting facility for Barry Callebaut UK Ltd.
AstraZeneca – Quality Assurance Building
AstraZeneca Quality Assurance Building (QAB1) upgrade in Macclesfield completed by Austin providing engineering and construction work. This included the design and installation of autoclaves, pure water and solvent collection systems, Class 2 cabinets, laboratory furniture, fume cupboards, the installation of upgraded HVAC equipment and the creation of a new goods and waste area.
AstraZeneca – Alderley Park Lecture Centre Fit-Out
Austin provided fit-out design and construction of the high quality and high performance interior of the entire Lecture Centre for AstraZeneca facility.
AstraZeneca – R&D Building 47
The clinical R&D office building design was developed to include three levels of office space, 3rd floor plant rooms and a central atrium. Total area of the building is 4,375 sq.m., located within newly acquired land adjacent to the client's existing establishment at Charnwood.
