Procter & Gamble – Reception Building

Austin was appointed by Procter and Gamble to undertake a Concept and Preliminary design for a new Reception building in Thurrock. The appointment included Austin’s inhouse multidisciplinary team of architectural, interior, structural, mechanical, public health, electrical and landscape designers to deal with Design and Planning application related matters and delivery of Employer’s requirement documentation to enable Procter & Gamble to tender the requirements.

Merck Sharp and Dohme renovations in Fleming Building, including meeting facilities, and training rooms with support areas.

Phase 2 of Pharmaron's Fleming Building Lab Suit Development included the fit out of the fallow area on the second floor of the Fleming building into laboratories for Process Chemistry.

Expansion of Cadbury Kraft facility, including creating a new "Innovation Kitchen ", office fit-out and changing rooms.

Austin worked closely with Eli Lilly to develop the space planning for the laboratory floor upgrade to meet the new "lean lab" philosophy.

Austin collaborated with ISPEN to design and deliver a state-of-the-art flexible laboratory conforming to ISPEN's toxic handling criteria THC2 standard for working with non-toxic biologics. The laboratory accommodated analytical equipment to support analysis of in-house samples and improve product and process understanding.

Austin collaborated with ISPEN to design and deliver a range of office and breakout facilities for over 100 staff and scientists with adaptable and agile workspaces.

Austin provided a new 550 sqm extension to an existing enhanced Category 3 high security containments facility.

Austin were approached by GW to provide a large scale manufacturing facility to meet their future requirements.

Eisai Manufacturing Limited required High Potency Packaging (HPP) lines as part of their future production expansion strategy.
