As CEO, Prakash Davda leads the strategic direction and overall operations of Austin, driving innovation, client satisfaction, and project excellence across the business. With over 30 years at the company, he brings deep technical and leadership experience, having progressed from Senior Electrical Engineer to Project Manager, and later to Special Projects Director.

Prakash has successfully delivered complex international projects across the USA, Europe, the Middle East, and the Far East. His leadership style is dynamic and solutions-focused, fostering collaboration and innovation within teams to meet evolving client needs.

He has overseen the delivery of numerous manufacturing facilities designed to meet MHRA and FDA standards, including the implementation and validation of compliant control systems and processes. His expertise spans CDM regulations, project controls, value engineering, and commercial negotiation—bringing added value at every stage of delivery. Prakash also plays a key role in nurturing long-term client relationships and ensuring consistent, high-quality outcomes.
