George leads projects and teams by gaining a thorough understanding of processes, risks, and requirements. This ensures roles and responsibilities are clearly defined from the outset, enabling a focused approach to achieving project outcomes from day one.

With an initial background in Quantity Surveying, George focuses on cost control whilst maintaining objectives of quality and time ensuring projects are delivered without compromise.
