Gavan oversees and manages our Pharma and Life Sciences Consulting aspects and is a highly skilled process and validation engineer. He has a proven track record in process design—from feasibility studies to detailed design—process optimisation, and CQV, supporting a diverse range of clients in the pharmaceutical and life sciences sectors.

Gavan brings proven expertise in managing client and stakeholder relationships, consistently delivering high-specification projects on time and within budget. His hands-on experience includes working on top-tier COMAH and GMP pharmaceutical manufacturing sites across various environments, including CQV project teams, CAPEX design initiatives, and secondments within client organisations.
