Austin continue promoting Behavioural Safety training on all their sites, whereby they involve all operatives on a Behavioural Safety programme training. This is paying dividends in the way the workers perform and contribute toward safe working practises on site. Our most recent award has been given to Josh Head from HEES Electrical on our GW Pharma Project site for his good attitude toward safety and knowledge of site rules. Josh has been involved on the project since October 2018. Josh is also on track to finish his level 3 City and Guilds NVQ whilst on this project, as the Gold card will demonstrate firmly his approved status.
